Project Fortify Health is implemented by Development Consortium, a society registered in India under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Development Consortium holds registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. It receives and spends all foreign contributions that support our programmes in India, and it reports on that funding in line with FCRA requirements.

Our work sits within the Players Philanthropy Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity in the United States. Fortification Foundation, a 501(c)(3) established more recently, will take on responsibility for our international operations over time.
